We offer an extensive menu fusing British and Mediterranean recipes which appeal to all tastes and eating preferences including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Our premises are also suitable to host family and friends’ celebrations or meetings for up to 20 people with affordable dishes, whilst enjoying a pint of beer, a coffee or even a milkshake.
Our Bolognese Sauces
Our sauces are special because there are no similar Bolognese Sauces in the UK market available for consumers to buy and defrost in the comfort of their home. On the other hand, being family recipes, they have a special, slow and a methodical way to be prepared: this is the key to their genuine taste.

We have recently moved to Eastbourne and stumbled upon Bolognesely, and really pleased we did. A fabulous, cosy restaurant with a very pleasant and welcoming owner, Adrianna, who made us feel like we were around her family table. We loved hearing about how Bolognesely was born and how it has evolved over the last few years. And the Bolognese itself...... Just wait until you try it!! We spent a long time here in great company with Adrianna and we just couldn't leave without also thanking her husband, the head chef. A really pleasurable evening and we look forward to coming back very soon.

Tried this restaurant for the first time this week- Food is authentic, homemade and really fresh and tasty. Portions are abundant, arrived hot, and with complimentary mini lemon cookies. So, needless to say- ordered a second time! Just as delicious as the first meal. Great friendly, welcoming service in the restaurant too- nothing is too much trouble and staff are very keen to ensure you have a wonderful meal. We’ll definitely be back, spotted the variety of homemade sauces for sale- great price for such quality, variety and homemade- caters for veggies too. Crepes and Gelato 🍨 are a must 😍 too. Move over Nonna- we’re moving in! 🤩

Bolognesely is indeed the place to go if you enjoy tasty and delicious food. I have been there a couple of times so far and have also bought the home made sauces that are delicious for pasta or any other dishes you want to add them to. The owners always make you feel very welcome too!

Authentic home cooked flavours, and one of the best (if not the best) burgers going and the cottage pie made with spicy bolognese sauce was a lovely culture combo. We are lucky to have such a friendly place so close to the town centre. According to my wife the cream caramel was exceptionally nice, but I didn't get to try it because I am on a diet so she thoughtfully, brought it home and scoffed it while I was out.

The best chicken vegetable soup I’ve ever tasted. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, especially as I had to feed my baby daughter. I rarely leave reviews but I felt Bolognese truly deserves it and I will return next time I visit Eastbourne.

Great service, great portion at reasonable price. Highly recommended the Tiramisu and Cream Caramel. Garlic bread and onion rings are out of expectations too. Sadly haven't tried the sauces and soups as we are too full to have more. Will visit in future.
